Welcome to CPC Entertainment, a platform operated by DCME. By accessing or using any part of our services, including integrations with TikTok, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Overview
CPC Entertainment is a digital tool that enables users to connect their TikTok accounts in order to manage, upload, and distribute video content more efficiently. Our platform provides simplified access to TikTok features via authorized APIs.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you affirm that:
- You are at least 13 years old or meet the minimum age required by TikTok in your region.
- You have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
- You have the legal right to use your TikTok account in connection with third-party platforms.
3. Use of Service
You may only use the services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
- Uploading unauthorized or harmful content;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or misuse our APIs;
- Violating TikTok’s terms of service or community guidelines.
4. TikTok Integration
We utilize TikTok’s Login Kit, Content Posting API, and Share Kit:
- Login Kit enables TikTok account authentication;
- Content Posting API allows uploading videos as drafts to the user’s TikTok account;
- Share Kit enables easy content sharing from our platform to TikTok.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by CPC Entertainment, including logos, code, and documentation, remain the intellectual property of DCME. You may not copy, modify, or distribute these materials without prior written permission.
6. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
DCME and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from any content uploaded through TikTok.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
